A Central London-based charity are looking for a community care Legal Manager to provide assistance with social care work for disabled adults. The role will be permanent and can either be fully remote working from home or hybrid working as preferred.
 
The legal will lead the team's work by holding a caseload of more complex matters, developing and delivering legal rights training to partner organisations and other groups and supervising and line managing more junior members of the team. Legal managers must have significant experience supervising and managing a team of caseworkers and providing top level guidance on how best to tackle complicated legal issues related to care in the community.
 
The role would suit someone with LAA Supervisor Status (or with the experience to gain that status). Experience would ideally be in community care, but if not then court of protection or mental health work would overlap and would fit the specification.

Salary will be around 50k depending on experience.
