An SRA-regulated law firm in Central London is looking for a solicitor to join them in a senior supervision and compliance-focused role at their office located a short walk from Warren Street Underground Station.

Please note, the firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role.

The firm is looking for a capable and independent solicitor to take on a Director role within the practice, with responsibility for supervision and compliance. The role can be purely focused on supervision and compliance management, or can include fee-earning work, with a candidate managing a caseload welcomed.

The successful candidate will work alongside a small team currently comprising a paralegal, legal assistant, accountant and two solicitors.

Previous COLP experience would be advantageous, although the firm is also happy to consider solicitors who have the seniority and relevant experience to obtain SRA approval for the role. Candidates are likely to need to have a minimum of 7 years' PQE, although the firm will consider candidates based on their overall experience and suitability.

The firm is flexible regarding practice area, working hours and working arrangements. Candidates who are immediately available will be particularly attractive.

The role can be full-time, part-time, permanent or potentially consultancy-based, with salary negotiable depending on experience.
