An established firm in the seaside town of Skegness in Lincolnshire are looking for a solicitor to join their commercial conveyancing team, working on a hybrid basis. The successful applicant will be able to work 2 days per week from home, if preferred.  The role would suit a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Commercial Sales and Purchases, Commercial Leases and Extensions, Declaration of Trusts and Loan Agreements, Deed of Covenants, License to Assign, Underlet and Alter and Commercial Lending Transfers. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be around 50k.
