A law firm in Central London are looking for a commercial property locum to help out for a period of at least 2 months and possibly longer. The caseload you will be handling includes purchases, sales, refinances and asset management work.
 
The firm would ideally like someone to start as soon as possible and by the latest the 17th March. You will need at least 4 years' PQE for this role and the hourly rate range is £35-45. Either full or part-time hours will be considered although you should be available for a minimum of 3 days per week. The work can be carried out remotely so no office attendance is required.
