A well established Wiltshire firm is looking for a probate solicitor to work on either a hybrid basis or fully remotely from home. If applicants are applying on the basis of working fully remotely from home, they must be able to evidence significant experience of having done this in the past. The successful applicant will be a solicitor who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in probate work. They have another solicitor dealing with the LPA and wills work so the caseload will just be the probate side of things. There is scope for the successful candidate to carry out some trusts work if desired so any experience in this area would be an advantage but is not essential. The firm is happy to consider full-time or part-time applicants. The role will be permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
