A well-established firm is looking for a company commercial law solicitor to work at their Bedford office.  The successful candidate will be managing a caseload of broad ranging company commercial work to include:
 
·Contract Drafting and Review: preparing and assessing contracts, ensuring they comply with corporate laws and regulations. This includes agreements with suppliers, clients, and other parties.
 
·Business Transactions: handling mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Negotiating deals, assessing risks, and advising on legal implications.
 
·Compliance and Risk Management: Keeping up to date with legal changes, assessing risks in business transactions, and notifying compliance teams of any potential issues.
 
·General Legal Advice: Providing legal guidance on various matters, such as intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
 
The post is full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 45 to 50k depending on experience.
