A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors' firm based in the West Midlands but looking for a remote working full time residential conveyancing locum for 3 months on a full time basis. Small team of staff at the firm and numerous 5 star google reviews.
 
Start is immediate (ie next Monday) and assignment is 3 months fully remote. Work is predominantly non-mortgage sales and transfer of equity work. The firm use their own transfer of equity protocol, which is based fully on precedents. There is a larger than usual amount of trust related work involved in the conveyancing, but support can be given on this as the firm is fluent with this aspect of the work. There are also some mortgage-backed purchases.
 
Hourly rate: this is fully remote and full time, so as a result any hourly rates need to be a maximum of £35 per hour. We anticipate the range being £30-35 per hour.
