A well-established Wiltshire firm is looking for a lawyer to work in the litigation department. Please note that the firm is happy to offer fully remote working for this role or hybrid working for this role with 2 days per week being worked from their Salisbury office, as preferred. The firm would like to speak to solicitors or legal executives who have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in litigation work. The role will involve managing a caseload that breaks down roughly of the following:
 
·Contested probate claims  - 70% 
·TOLATA claims 10% 
·Other commercial and civil litigation, including professional negligence and construction disputes - 20% 
 
 
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
