A Central London firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor to work at their office located a short walk from Old Street Underground Station.  Ideally, they are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in comm prop work. There will be scope for hybrid working with plenty of remote working but some weekly office attendance will be required.
 
Key requirements for this role are experience in the following:
 
·Dealing with all aspects of commercial property
·Acting for borrowers in refinancing
·Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants
·Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales
 
The role is full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but likely be very competitive.
