Vibrant law firm based in Orpington, Kent have an opening for a Senior Litigation Paralegal.  The firm work closely with the insurance industry dealing with matters arising from RTA claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for running their own portfolio of cases from file opening to settlement/final hearing. Mixed caseload including liability disputes, repair, credit hire and small claim cases. Candidates should have at least 2 years working in a similar position within the insurance industry. Full knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules relating to RTA/Motor Insurance Claims is essential. Credit hire experience is desirable.
