A medium sized Hertfordshire firm are looking for a property litigation solicitor to work at their Elstree office.  Ideally the firm are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.  
 
Job Description:
 
Supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios, dealing with recovery action from default to realisation;
 
Dealing with a high quality and varied caseload;
 
County Court and High Court Litigation;
 
Professional Negligence claims against solicitors, valuers or title insurers;
 
Indemnity claims against the Land Registry
 
 
The Successful applicant:
 
Minimum 3 years' PQE
 
Experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters.
 
Ideally have experience in mortgage possession work
 
Demonstrate first class client care and communication skills across all levels
 
The post will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
