A law firm specialising in driving offences are looking for a criminal defence locum to assist starting as soon as you are able on a full-time basis. You will need to have at least a year of experience in motoring law and defending motoring offences in a client-facing role with experience of running your own caseload, both guilty and not guilty pleas. A good working knowledge of Proclaim is also required for this role.
 
You will be based at the firm's offices in Salford for at least the first 6 months of the assignment. After this, hybrid working of 2 days per week remote and 3 days office-based will be considered.
