A law firm in South-East London are looking for a senior family locum to assist from around March-April 2025 while they recruit permanently for the role. Ideally you will be locally based with Children Panel accreditation - a significant amount of the workload is Cafcass guardian work as well as parents in public law care cases.
 
Either full or part-time hours will be considered but the caseload is fairly large and the firm tend to do a lot of their own advocacy in public law cases so 3 days per week would be the minimum.
 
Some hybrid working may be available but you will need to be predominantly based at the firm's offices in Penge.
