A law firm in South-East London are looking for a senior family solicitor to work out of their office located a 5 minute walk from Penge West Train Station. Ideally you will be locally based with Children Panel accreditation - a significant amount of the workload is Cafcass guardian work as well as parents in public law care cases.
 
Either full or part-time hours will be considered but the caseload is fairly large and the firm tend to do a lot of their own advocacy in public law cases so 3 days a week would be the absolute minimum requirement.
 
Some hybrid working may be available but it will predominantly be office based.
 
The role will be permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
